Dr. M Ricardo Fullwood
Dr. Fullwood is first a servant of God who is passionate about souls. He is truly the ‘people’s pastor;’ a man of God who understands the human conditions and hurting souls and has developed a non-judgmental approach for he believes everyone deserves a second chance. When God called him in 1991, the only plan he had for his life was not to go to hell but later discovered that God had a bigger plan.
This servant of God began his ministerial career at the Mount Airy Church of God in Philadelphia, USA where he was trained to serve the people of God with the spirit of excellence. His love for people along with his passion for the work of God led him to the United Kingdom in 1999 where he was mentored by one Dr. R.H Parkinson of the Brixton New Testament Church of God.
While in the UK, his training and development continued as he pastored many local churches and served as the District Overseer for the Gloucester Region.
As a student of the Word, Dr. Fullwood achieved his Bachelor’s and later on, his Masters in Theology studies. He operates with an apostolic view of seeing people as God sees them, empowering and equipping, ministering hope to the hopeless, positioning and repositioning God’s people for greatness. His missional mandate has afforded him to travel to various parts of Africa, Europe, North America and the Caribbean while leading various teams of missionaries.
Dr. Fullwood migrated to Canada where he obtained his Doctor of Divinity at Canada Christian College and is currently served as the Senior pastor at Partners Worship Center in Brampton.
Dr. Fullwood is a lecturer at the Mount Olivet Bible Institute & Seminary Inc., Canada (MOBIS). He is a respected minister within and outside of the Church and is known as a ‘mover and shaker.’ He is a student of the word, a leader of leaders, a mentor, a defender of the weak and an advocate for the oppressed. He is a great fisher of men for the Kingdom of God and his strategy for the end time harvest and has coined the phrase “One catch one, One bring one, One win one.”
